The street outside was very noisy at night. i thought business must only start then. trucks were driving past and getting loaded and unloaded. the window blocked this well though the air conditioning kept switching on and off. the breakfast was limited with not much variety. It's down to personal taste i suppose.

This was my first time here. The reception staff quickly sorted out a taxi issue for me. The staff were always willing to help. I found tea available in the lobby during the day. They really were really nice too.

The location was convenient. i enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions via the tram line. the breakfast was abundant. The choices helped a lot. the staff were kind in helping me with requests.

the room's a/c thermostat was a little tricky. hot water pressure in the shower was excellent, but the thermostat gave problems. although the room was cleaned daily, the a/c needed maintenance.
